The Miami Heat put up 86 first-half scores versus the Memphis Grizzlies

"Therefore, we've been working with them from that point. And, of course, what they revealed recently was an indictment.

"And two and a half years later, he still hasn't been convicted of anything, in fairness to Terry.

"Obviously, it doesn't look good, but he's been suspended, and so it is a balance here between upholding rights and investigating."
